The house is designed to offer a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere, so it is not suitable for groups of young people who may want to have parties. Respect for the neighbourhood is paramount: after 22:00 hours, no noise or disturbing lights are tolerated. Loud gatherings and inappropriate behaviour are strictly prohibited to preserve the tranquillity of the place.

This dream villa combines comfort and modernity and offers you a unique experience of luxury and wellbeing to rest during your holidays.

The luxurious amenities on offer are complemented by a terrace overlooking the canal, furnished and with all the comforts for relaxing and sunbathing.

There is a mooring of 8 x 3 metres (with water and electricity available) where you will be able to find, if you wish, a boat on the day of your arrival to enjoy lovely trips to the coves of Cap de Creus. (We can arrange this for you.....the rental price is additional)

The three-storey house is fully air-conditioned with WIFI connection in all rooms.

On the ground floor you will find:

*Dining room with a very well-equipped open-plan kitchen. It has an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a Nespresso machine. There is also a bathroom and a furnished terrace on two levels where you can eat and relax.

On the terrace there is a set of furniture that consists of a large table, an outdoor lounge and a barbecue.

On the second floor:

- 1 master suite (180 cm double bed) with private bathroom

-1 Full bathroom with shower

-1 bedroom (with 2 single beds 80 cm)

- 1 terrace

On the third floor:

- 1 bedroom with two 90cm beds

-1 Shower

- 1 terrace

There is parking available for 1 car within the villa grounds.

With this magnificent villa, everything has been designed so that you can spend a dream holiday and an unforgettable vacation in this magnificent region. Rubina beach is 1 km away

On the day of your arrival, you will be asked for a deposit of €1000 by credit card (pre-authorisation) and you will have to pay the tourist tax (€2 per day per person over 16 years old, maximum 7 days).

As a reminder, smoking is not permitted inside the house and parties and animals are not allowed.

For your information, check-ins are from 18:00 to 20:00 and check-outs until 10:00
For arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00 there is a surcharge of €30, after 00:00 it is €50 and then €10 for each hour

Groups of young people under 30 years old who come to enjoy the nightlife will not feel comfortable in this house
For the sake of everyone and out of respect for the neighbours, we ask our tenants not to organise parties and not to make noise after 22.00 hours.
Sheets and towels are not included in the price. If you wish, we can offer you a rental service. The price is €15 per person (including sheets and two towels per person)
