THE APARTMENT IS DESIGNED FOR A QUIET AND FAMILY-FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE, SO IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE.
The apartment in Rosas / Roses has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people (max. 4 adults).
The apartment is homely, is fully-equiped, and is 67 m². The property is located right next to the beach. It has views of waterfront.
The property is located 100 m from ROSES city, 100 m from the supermarket, 100 m from the from the restaurant, 200 m from PLAYA ROSES sand beach, 1 km from ROSES bus station, 4 km from PARC AQUABRAVA water park, 10 km from PARC NATUREL AIGUAMOLLS nature reserve, 10 km from PITCH & PUTT Castello empuria golf course, 15 km from FIGUERES train station, 70 km from AEROPUERTO GIRONA airport. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood next to the sea.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden furniture, 30 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning in the living room, open-air parking the same building, 1 fan, TV, tv satellite (Languages: French).
In the induction independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
As stipulated in the announcement, the groups of young people under 30 coming to enjoy the nightlife in Roses will not feel comfortable in the building because, to respect the well being of all, we ask our customers not to organize parties and other festive evenings in the apartments after 22h.
Also, it is requested the greatest discretion in the common parts from 22h. (The establishment is non smoking and the animals are not accepted)
For check-in between 8pm and 8am, extra charges will apply (from 8:00 pm to 12:00am — 30€, from midnight 50€, then after each extra hour .....10€ ).
The Tourist Tax for Roses is 1€ per person/per night up to a maximum of 7 nights (anyone under the age of 16 years is exempt).
Bed linen and towels is not provided. You can rent bed linen in advance. The price is 15€ per person.
Upon arrival, a deposit of €300 will be requested via visa (pre-authorization).
